Chief Executive Officer

Jason Strickland

Jason Strickland is a seasoned entrepreneur and a distinguished leader in the SaaS industry. With a keen eye for innovation and growth, he founded a successful software company in 2009, leading it to prominence before achieving a notable exit in 2020. As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Strickland is known for his strategic vision, commitment to excellence, and ability to drive transformative business outcomes. His expertise continues to shape the future of the SaaS landscape.

In addition to his entrepreneurial achievements, Jason has worked extensively with private equity groups, leveraging his industry knowledge and operational expertise to drive value creation. His collaborations have involved scaling businesses, optimizing operational efficiencies, and navigating complex acquisitions. These partnerships further highlight his ability to foster growth and deliver impactful results in competitive market environments.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters. He also enjoys training jiu jitsu and is a black belt.

Chief Operations Officer

Anthony Pascarella

With 13 years of distinguished service in the U.S. Army, including multiple overseas deployments, Anthony brings discipline, leadership, and resilience to every challenge. Over the past four years, he has successfully managed several business operations and played key roles in launching three startups across diverse industries. His broad experience has cultivated a deep understanding of business operations, marketing strategy, and financial management. Beyond the metrics and mission statements, he's a people-first leader who thrives on building strong teams, meaningful relationships, and cultures of trust and accountability.

At the heart of everything he does is his family — his wife and two children are his greatest source of motivation. A longtime martial artist, he holds a brown belt in Jiu Jitsu and has been training and teaching for over eight years, finding purpose in developing others both on and off the mats. Outside of work and the gym, he's an avid reader with a passion for personal growth and continuous learning.

Chief Lending Officer

Will Medina

Since beginning a career in financial services in 2008, Will has built a reputation as a knowledgeable and trusted Registered Representative. Offering a broad spectrum of securities products alongside essential insurance solutions — including life, long-term care, and disability insurance — Will is committed to helping clients protect what matters most. With a strong focus on personalized service, he guides individuals and families through complex financial decisions with clarity and confidence. Will brings a wealth of financial knowledge to the Change Agents team.

In addition to his professional work, Will is a devoted spouse and parent, married for over 20 years with two children. The entire family shares a passion for Brazilian jiu-jitsu and has been training together for the past five years, embracing the discipline, resilience, and camaraderie the sport instills. This same commitment to growth and balance carries over into Will's practice, where he combines over 15 years of industry experience with a genuine dedication to helping clients build secure, fulfilling futures.

Heather Burdine

Heather Burdine is a seasoned technology and operations leader with over 13 years of experience in the healthcare SaaS industry. Heather brings a strong foundation in strategic business management paired with deep expertise in healthcare technology, customer service, and operational efficiency.

Throughout her career, Heather has been known for driving process improvements, leading cross-functional teams, and implementing scalable technology solutions that enhance customer experience and organizational performance. Her leadership style centers around collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Outside of work, Heather enjoys life with her husband, four active sons who play baseball, basketball, and train in jiu jitsu, and two dogs — an Australian Shepherd and a mini Poodle.
